Would you keep your daughter off with period pains? - pain ovulating running

My daughter was 12 years ago with this pain the ovulation / menstrual pain and clutched tightly hidden in his bed. I also have terrible menstrual cramps, so I can not stress quite with it, so I let him say goodbye. It was made very easy, I gave her a hot water bottle to the place where the pain, and she just lay on the couch reading a book and a magazine all day.
