Iron supplements? - low iron but hemoglobin fine
Iron supplemrnts no other components? My doctor just said,
Taking iron tablets because of my low hemoglobin. My B12 is fine, but I'm missing
Iron.
How much recommentd and how many times a day.

I recommend Iron Plus C Complex. Vitamin C is added for better absorption of iron. In addition, herbal iron, so there are no problems with constipation as possible. One tablet per day is recommended.

Most of the iron tablets have other minerals and vitamins in them, because iron is very difficult to take a pill. Try something with a high content of iron.
