You need a good all-round diet rich in protein (meat, fish, eggs, cheese, poultry, nuts, legumes, etc.), carbohydrates (pasta, potatoes, rice, etc.) Vitamins and Minerals (Vegetables - Vegetables Fruits, nuts, tomatoes, liver, beets, etc.) and some unsaturated fats (vegetable fats like sunflower oil for cooking, margarine, etc.) + lots of fluids.

Muscle consists mainly of myosin, actin and tropomyosin proteins together. Bone collagen skeleton of calcium phosphate (filler protein). So you need a lot of milk and cheese provide calcium and vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

This system will give you a lot of muscle, low fat, but also because of the calories. Do not worry. You're young. When unpacked, you can easily get rid of fat for the definition

They found a good amount of protein in the diet, which is essential to strengthen the muscles. But you really going to complete whey protein shakes and after training to bulk up. There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking protein supplements, will soon see the results.
