I have a model of the projector Sharp XV-D P10XU the lamp is in a few hours and I am looking for a replacement and the cheapest I found about $ 400. There must be a lamp after the sale that it is cheaper than or as part of another brand that fits together and the last one, but I can not find. I am willing to spend too much on fire, if it took from 3000 to 5000 hours, I can not see spending $ 400 on a lamp, 12.00 clock when other lights are cheaper and last twice as long. This projector is 5 to 8 years and have been for almost 2 months and the duration of the lamp was increased from 700 hours to 900hrs. Is there a way to prolong the life of the lamp under normal conditions, with a fan or something of that nature? Any help is greatly appreciated.
